Important Info - Hotel Reservations for Anime Detour 2011

Anime Detour is changing the way we handle room reservations for 2011. We are moving to a process called Full Allocation. All reservations will go through Anime Detour via a web form that is currently being prepared. This form will be available at a future date and time, to be announced. An announcement will be made via newsletter, AD's website, AD's forum, facebook, and twitter at least two week before the room reservation form goes live.

Please do not call the Hotel to try and make a reservation.  They have been instructed to direct all reservation requests to Anime Detour.  We anticipate having a form sometime by Aug/Sept at the latest.  This will be more then enough time for reservations to be made and rooms to be filled.

Please do not email hotel at anime detour asking us when the form will open or requesting a room.  In order to be fair we will need to ignore these requests.

Just some notes about Hotel Reservations when it opens:
- You must be a member to request/reserve a room, we will be comparing hotel room requests with registrations.  So please be registered for Anime Detour 2011 before making your room request (when it becomes available)
- Payment for the room will be between you and the Hotel, the person reserving the room does not need to be the person who pays for it.
- Full Allocation means that Anime Detour will be doing room assignment.  Priority will be first in, first assigned.
