I'm not certain how long the meeting will run at this time, but as I said before real life sometimes dictates what we can and cannot do. If you find yourself having to leave early that's fine--just make sure the staff has your info and you've signed up for the hours you need to so you can qualify for Thursday registration before you leave.

Okay, if I remember correctly something had said that we should take a look at the time grids before the meeting so we'd have a good idea of when we could volunteer without interfering without what we want to do, but the time grids aren't up yet. Do we have a time when those will be going up for us?

There will probably be something at the meeting with regards to the programming grid. At this time, the webteam hasn't received the programming grid yet. We have been told.... soon.

Well in the end I didnt get any bites with the volunteering, but I managed to get a part time job and that worked out fine to be honest I would have liked volunteering /as well/ less for CV and mroe to be doing something.
